解决EADDRINUSE方法之一：修改操作系统设置

对于Windows：

TcpTimedWait.reg：

 

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

 

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters]

"TcpTimedWaitDelay"=dword:0000001e

"MaxUserPort"=dword:0000ffff

对于Linux：

文件/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_fin_timeout 中保存了TIME_WAIT超时时间，管理员可以通过下面的命令可以把此设置修改为30（秒）：

echo "30" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_fin_timeout
